Eat

Contrary to popular belief, we are actually a restaurant. Outpost serves small amuse-bouche (or tapas) style plates, but don't let that fool you...

Our patrons are full with just two or three servings. Order from our Ranch, Sea or Veggies section of the menu, featuring both Vegan and Gluten Free options. We recommend that our patrons start out by ordering two to three specialties per person. They can always order more if they're still hungry.

DRINK

Paying homage to classic and virtuous mixology, we take tremendous pride crafting fresh Flora Farms' cocktails and our own signatures.

Pay for your own $2 (or $30 pesos) beer from our [honor system] wheelbarrow-ice-chest on the deck, grab a stool at the steel bar, luxuriate on our Lounge sofas, or take a seat at our popular Chef's Table (for two). Our interior spaces are air-conditioned and the deck is mist-cooled or fire-pit-heated (as weather dictates).

Shop

Enjoy daily Flora Farms bounty and baked goods, local handmade skincare indulgencies by Santo Cabo, and Outpost Keepsakes. 

Flora Farms' fresh ingredients, produce, fruits, wood-fired breads, canned goods, deserts and Flora-raised meats are delivered and made available daily at this market-style shop. Plus, take home Santo Cabo's all-natural and handcrafted soaps, lotions, serums, cleansers, balms, scrubs, oils and more.

Bar

Nuestros asientos de barra populares son perfectos para aquellos que disfrutan de los cócteles artesanales, jugo frescos y deportes en nuestra TVs LED (mostrando eventos deportivos significativos -contactanos para más detalles). Las reservas de de barra es de hasta 10 personas. El bar cuenta con aire acondicionado.

Our popular Bar seating is perfect for those who enjoy the art of handcrafted cocktails, organic juicing and sports on our LED TV's (showing significant sporting events —contact us for details). Bar stool reservations up to 10 people are welcome. Bar is air conditioned.


Cava

Nuestra Cava de Vino y Café ofrece dos mesas exclusivas de alto nivel, cada una para 2 personas. La primera cuenta con aire acondicionado y está situado dentro del area de Cava y ofrece una vista "de la acción" de nuestra cocina y Cava de Cafe y Vinos. La segunda mesa es al aire libre y se presta a una experiencia más privada e íntima.

Our Wine and Coffee Cava services two of our most unique high-top tables, each for 2 people. The first is air conditioned and located inside the Cava and offers an "in the action" view of our kitchen, cafe and wine cava. The second table is alfresco and lends itself to a more private and intimate experience.

En noviembre 2017, Outpost comenzó su propio programa de agricultura al cosechar la mayoría de los vegetales, hierbas y germinados que servimos en nuestra deliciosa comida, frescos cocteles recién hechos y en los saludables jugos de vegetales.


Rooftop Garden

In November 2017, Outpost began its agricultural program; by growing most of the microgreens, vegetables, herbs, and sprouts that we serve in our tasty food, freshly-juiced craft cocktails, and in our healthy veggie juices.

Nuestros jardines, curados a mano, pueden ser vistos a todo lo largo de nuestro pequeño mundo. Hierbas utilizadas en nuestro Bar y Cocina, literalmente crecen entre las divisiones de la Cava de Vinos y el Bar. Los germinados crecen en la cocina y una multitud de camas de cultivo rebosadas de micro vegetales pueden ser disfrutadas en el Lounge y la Boutique. Nuestro principal jardín orgánico es el Rooftop Garden, donde encontraras un promedio de 30 camas de cultivo.

El Rooftop Garden no ha sido diseñado para grupos grandes, sin embargo, Tours para el Rooftop Garden (para grupos de hasta 3 personas) pueden ser reservados aquí.


Our hand-manicured gardens can be seen throughout our little world. Herbs used in our Bar and Kitchen are literally growing within divisions between the Wine Cava and Bar. Sprouts are growing in the kitchen, and a multitude of shallow grow beds bursting with delicious microgreens can be enjoyed in the Lounge and Outpost's signature Boutique. Our primary organic garden is our Rooftop Garden, featuring an average of 30 raised grow beds.

The Rooftop Garden is not designed for large groups, however, Rooftop Garden Tours (for groups of 3 or fewer people) can be scheduled here.
